Iran starts export of dairy products to Russian Federation

Arak, Markazi Province, Dec 23, IRNA – ِDeputy head of Iran Veterinary Organization Jamaleddin Javidi said on Wednesday that Iran started export of dairy products to Russian Federation in line with a letter of understanding already signed between the two countries.

He said that export of chicken will also begin from the next two months after clearance of technical issues in trade ties with the Russian Federation.
Javidi said that the IVO has full control on food products in the country in terms of safety on health standards and gave figures about inspection of the livestock breeding centers in the past nine months.
Dr. Javidi said that 28 million livestock were vaccinated last year and the figure rose up to 32 million in the past six months of the year.
