Tehran, April 25, IRNA – Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on Monday advised the Muslim to follow Iranian model of progress to achieve prosperity.

The Supreme Leader made the remarks in a meeting with members of the High Council of Iranian-Islamic Model of Progress.
Ayatollah Khamenei said Islamic civilization does not have expansionist agenda, rather it calls for ideological approach to address the social and spiritual needs of the Muslim nations.
The Ayatollah said the goal of the Islamic Revolution is to help Islamic civilization flourish.
The Supreme Leader ruled out the western models for global development and said that the Muslim nations must adopt economic development plans in line with the Iranian model for economic development.
The Supreme Leader said that the Iranian model for economic development proved successful guaranteeing the Islamic identity of the Iranian nation.
The Leader recalled that Islamic tenets including hard and revolutionary works - Jihad - devotion for the cause of Islam and welfare of the Muslim nations.
The Supreme Leader called for initiating fresh methodology for the Islamic dialogue and said that the theological centers can usher in dialogue among the Muslim nations with a focus on common grounds and patterns for the economic, social and cultural development of the Muslim nations.
The Supreme Leader briefed the audience on five phases of materialization of the goals of Islamic Revolution and its relationship with the model of progress and said the first phase in the process is formation of the Islamic Revolution and then establishment of the Islamic system – the remarkable art of the late Imam Khomeini was establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The third phase, now in progress, is formation of the Islamic government, which is formation of a government based on the totally Islamic criteria, said the Supreme Leader, adding that as long as the phase has not been fulfilled, you will not have the Islamic community and the Islamic lifestyle.
The Ayatollah said the last leg of the five phases of materialization of the Islamic Revolution goals is to promote the Islamic civilization.
