The third meeting of the board of governors of Asian and Pacific Center for the Development of Disaster Information Management (APDIM) is to be held in the Iranian capital on December 18-19.

APDIM, as the fifth center affiliated to ESCAP, will officially begin its activities in the Tehran meeting. 

In the two-day meeting, experts and high representatives from ESCAP and APDIM members as well as UN affiliated organizations will exchange views on disaster information management to reduce the risks of danger.
