Titanium Dioxide KA100 is a tasteless, odorless white powder. TiO2 KA100 is an Anatase type Titanium Dioxide pigment produced by Sulphate process for general applications. KA100 is a synthetic and versatile pigment.

This small particle size powder is insoluble in water, soluble in hot and concentrated strong Acid and Alkali. As an inorganic pigment, TiO2 KA100 is very stable physically and chemically.

Applications:

TiO2 KA100 exhibits high degree of whiteness, remarkable tinting strength, hiding power, excellent optical capabilities, high purity, excellent quality, stability and weatherability. With such good properties, Titanium Dioxide KA100 is mostly used for interior coatings, surface coating, interior-wall latex painting, paints, road marking paints, paper, printing inks, plastic, rubber, tire, adhesives and laminates, cosmetics, textile, enamel leather, artificial fiber, construction materials, tile, ceramics, etc.

Titanium Dioxide KA100 is used as the white pigment in plastics, rubbers, paints, papers, bricks, etc. KA100 is also used in electronic components. TiO2 can be used as catalysts in photocatalysts.

 

Safety and Storage:

TiO2 KA100 is non-toxic but avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid inhalation and ingestion.

Keep Titanium Dioxide KA100 in cool, dry, clean and well-ventilated place at room temperature and in its original packing. KA100 must be stored in a rain-resistant, exposure resistant condition which has no contacts with Acid or Alkaline.

Keep TiO2 KA100 away from direct sunshine, ignition sources, electrical sparks, and sparking tools. Keep container tightly closed. Opened sacks of KA100 should be used promptly to avoid the moisture absorption. The storage period for Titanium Dioxide KA100 shall be three years.
